Refund policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind once the order is confirmed. Cancellations after the order has been shipped will not be eligible for a refund.
For customized and personalized orders, once the order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or exchanges.
We offer a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major defects or issues. You must request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. An unboxing video is also required to be eligible for a refund. Please also provide a video of you unboxing the product.
